Client is to pay the Contractor the full amount specified in any invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoices date, if the payment is not received within 60 days the we will discontinue services. 

Notice of Pre-Lien: This notice is to advise you of your rights under the Kansas Law in connection with the improvement of your property. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for the improvement may file a lien against your property if the person or company has not been paid for the contributions. Under Kansas law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied materials and labor for this improvement directly and deduct the amount from the contract prior of withheld the amounts due to them from 120 days of completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied any labor or materials for the improvement and who gave you a timely notice.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate of Midwest Tree officers, employees, and agents, and sub-consultants, and any of them to the Client and anyone claiming by, thorough under the Client , for any and all of claims, losses, costs, or damages whatsoever arising out of, resulting from, or in any way related to the Project or the Agreement from any other cause or causes, including but not limited to the negligence, professional errors or omissions, strict liability or breach of contract, or warranty express or implied of Midwest Tree officers, employees, agents, or Midwest Tree sub consultants, shall not exceed the total compensation received by Midwest Tree, under this agreement.
