After heavy storms damaged several backyard trees and limbs hung over neighbors' yards, several neighbors highly recommended Midwest Tree. Even though extremely busy, Mark took the time the same day I called to provide a free estimate. Mark and his awesome crew came late the same afternoon and worked into the evening and early the next morning to remove 3 large trees and 2 more small trees and then later a broken limb from another tree. All were courteous, efficient and worked as clean as they could given the recent rains. I would highly recommend Midwest Tree, Mark and his crew!

Midwest Tree did a very good job of trimming, cutting and disposing of branches and limbs which resulted from a major storm. The workers showed up as scheduled and worked diligently throughout the day. The individual mainly responsible for cutting branches was knowledgeable about what to cut and what not to cut. Terms of Service
Client is to pay the Contractor the full amount specified in any invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoices date, if the payment is not received within 60 days the we will discontinue services.
Notice of Pre-Lien: This notice is to advise you of your rights under the Kansas Law in connection with the improvement of your property. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for the improvement may file a lien against your property if the person or company has not been paid for the contributions. Under Kansas law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied materials and labor for this improvement directly and deduct the amount from the contract prior of withheld the amounts due to them from 120 days of completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied any labor or materials for the improvement and who gave you a timely notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate of Midwest Tree officers, employees, and agents, and sub-consultants, and any of them to the Client and anyone claiming by, thorough under the Client , for any and all of claims, losses, costs, or damages whatsoever arising out of, resulting from, or in any way related to the Project or the Agreement from any other cause or causes, including but not limited to the negligence, professional errors or omissions, strict liability or breach of contract, or warranty express or implied of Midwest Tree officers, employees, agents, or Midwest Tree sub consultants, shall not exceed the total compensation received by Midwest Tree, under this agreement.
